Our Interseason Pilates class schedule is now running:

Mondays 7.15pm @ Bozel Sivom (Intermediate/advanced)

Tuesdays 9.15am @ Bozel Sivom (Mixed level)

Thursdays 7.15pm @ Petite Salle Polyvalente Bozel (Mixed level)

NEW this winter – SKI PILATES is a challenging Pilates class using foam rollers to balance on… a real test of your core stability and balance and sure to make you a stronger skier or boarder. Plus you get all the benefits of a regular Pilates class – improved posture, enhanced flexilibity and many more! Class details are here for classes running in Méribel Les Allues, Courchevel 1650 and La Tania. Let us know if you would like to join in here. Come and give it a try!

Ginny gave birth on 14th October 2011 to a beautiful baby boy Daniel James Christy, the latest Alpine Therapies team member. Here he is at 5 weeks old )

It is business as usual this winter with reinforcements to the team (of a working age!) – details coming soon!

The nights are getting longer, temperatures are dropping, and the snowline is gradually starting to move down the mountain – soon it is time for skiing!

Courchevel and Meribel ski lifts will be open in just over 3 weeks. Make sure you are getting fit now to help to minimise your risk of injury when you hit the slopes.
