I like that the exercises are different each week.....Good explanations for each exercise - what it’s doing and to which body parts.
My posture has improved, strength and general well being, it’s great having Ginny's physio background too and really adds to the classes.
Ginny is an excellent teacher. Really knows and cares about what she is doing. The benefits from Pilates with Ginny are priceless.

I have been attending Ginny's pilates classes for nearly 2 years. Having practised pilates for a number of years previously in the UK with different instructors I find Ginny's classes the most enjoyable and beneficial. It was great when I was pregnant and one of the only forms of excersise I could do and 3 weeks after giving birth I was back and it helped me get back into shape really quickly.
I have always been pretty sporty but after having my 2 children I didn't feel as supple or strong as I had before. After only a few weeks of pilates I could really feel the difference in muscle tone and strength particularly in my back which had been giving me a lot of pain. I have been doing pilates for over a year now and continue to feel the benefits, every day at work with improved posture and also on the tennis court, golf course and piste! Thanks Ginny, you are great at what you do.
